The Embedded Microprocessors section [chipanalyst.com] of the MicroDesign Resources website [chipanalyst.com] has much of the information your looking for... but in reverse. The website will tell you about all the popular chips for embedded applications. You might be able to find what your looking for by examining the information about each microprocessor. I suppose it is the hard way to go about it.
