Where are the RSS/RDF Feeds?

Don Greer asks: "I've been looking for sources of RDF/RSS format headlines high and low. I found XMLTree.COM some time ago, but it's virtually worthless as far as sources for mainstream news services go.I know that you can get these things, but nobody seems to publish the how-and-where on thier sites (I don't even think it's documented here on Slashdot). I'd like to setup a portal for my users, but where the heck do I get the content? Has anybody found a good resource for this stuff?" What cool RSS/RDF feeds have you all found when scouring the net?

I'm not so sure about the other sites, but Slashdot has both an RDF and an XML format file with current headlines, and it's documented on the Code [slashdot.org] page, second section down.

We're using moreover for their javascript based feeds. It seems to be okay. They have quite a few of them available. individual.com has some also.

the keyword-generated, dynamic RSS/XML/whatever-you-need feeds are an interesting option, but the 'normal' categories are decent quality and updated regularly.

syndic8 [syndic8.com] is a site dedicated to exactly this sort of thing. it has a rapidly-growing list of newsfeeds, and has aspirations of becoming a focal point for advocacy related to convincing more publishers to produce their own feeds.

There are lots of feeds available from newsisfree.com [newsisfree.com]. They have a comprehensive list [newsisfree.com] of feeds either created by the news providers or generated by newsisfree.

I'm kind of surprised nobody has mentioned this one yet. my.userland.com [userland.com] has a large collection of RDF feeds. It's the only directory I use when looking for RDF feeds.
